Artwork Mock Ups & Sampling
You've got your pricing but you would like to see your logo mocked up on the product you are thinking about purchasing?
We are happy to arrange an artwork mock up for you free of charge prior to going ahead with your order (any additional alternations to the mock up prior to ordering with incur a fee).
If after product photos and your artwork mock up has been sighted and you would still like to touch and feel the product before committing to an order we can arrange an unbranded sample to be sent to you for most products. This will incur a $15 fee for freight & administration if the order does not proceed within 14 days.
Decorating products is the aim of the game and we offer a wide range of decoration options which varies for each product. Some of these decoration methods include:
Screen printing, Full colour digital printing, Pad printing, Embroidery (Flat and 3D Embroidery options), Laser Engraving and More.
If you have a kind of decoration in mind please let us know otherwise send through your logo and we'll recommend the most suitable option for promotional impact.
Production Times & Event Dates
We know sometimes promotional products get left to the last minute and we are here to help! If you are have an event coming up fast that you require promotional products for, just let us know and we'll be happy to quote a production service and product to suit your requirements (Please note that not all products are available through an express service and we may need to suggest alternative products to meet your lead time).

Ordering & Pre-Production
To proceed with your order, please forward your approved quote and artwork to us (if you haven’t done so during the quoting process).
Most artwork will need to be provided in a vector .AI, .EPS or .PDF format and all custom fonts within the artwork file will need to be saved to outlines. For embroidery and some digital printing we can accept high resolution .JPEG and .PNG files types.
What is vector artwork?
Vector art is created using illustration software programs such as Adobe Illustrator. The programs use maths (and magic) to create art and logos that can be scaled infinitely without loss of quality.
Why do we need vector artwork for some orders?
Vector artwork will be required for most printing orders. This is because colours will be printed individually so the artwork will need to be isolated into different coloured layers and sections.
Why do we need your artwork saved to outlines?
Computers come with fonts that are universal across Windows and Mac products like Arial and Calibri, however when we or our graphic designers create logos to help our brand stand out we sometimes download custom fonts that are not universal across all computers. When this happens and your artwork file is opened in Adobe Acrobat or Illustrator, your logo or text will change to a default font if your custom font is not available on the users computer.
To avoid this, you will need to open your artwork file in Illustrator on your computer, highlight the custom text, right click and select "create outlines". Once this is saved anyone should be able to view your logo with the custom font in the Adobe formats.
Upon ordering, if you do not have access to the program Illustrator you can also send the font file to us and we may be able to save your artwork to outlines for you.
Once your order and artwork is received we will send your final artwork mock up for approval to sign electronically.
At this stage we will also send you an invoice to be paid prior to production. Your order can be paid via bank transfer or credit card (pay pal).
Once your order is paid and artwork has been approved, your order will go straight into production.
During your agreed production time stock will be decorated and packed ready for dispatch. Remember you can contact us at any time to check how your order is going and if we have any updates for you will let you know.
Once your order has been completed we will notify you of dispatch. We will also forward you tracking details and current ETA of your order.
